Obtain correct information from
General
Contactor(s),
request/obtain bid bond through
surety bond agency, insure all
accuracy, witness signature of
C.E.O./C.F.O., & secure bond into
the final bid proposal/document for
submission
Finalization & submission of final
bid proposal/document as
followed: Create/prepare, insure
complete security & accuracy of bid
proposal/document, review with
the Chief Estimator, submit bid
proposal on due date and time
specific to the correct General
Contractor(s)
· Approve Estimating Department
invoices
· Record & create All Estimating
Minutes (Current Estimating Status
of Projects) & Meeting Minutes for
the CEO/CFO when requested
